The day of surgery
Do not feed your cat in the morning
Arrive between 8;30am and 9am
All cats must be in a carrier
Be prepared to pay the remainder of the surgery charge on admittance only cash. Credit cards bank cards or PayPal will be accepted.
Before you leave your cat for surgery please sign all necessary forms
You’re free to leave at that time as we have no waiting area you you may wait in your car but expect waiting time to be four hours minimum
You must be available by phone or text continuously until discharge
Discharge is between 2:30 PM till 3 PM. We will call you earlier if your cat is ready.
Be aware once surgery begins at 9:00AM. Our staff will be focused on caring for your cat and we will not be available by phone during that time.
